Q. Can I custom design my whirlpool?
A. Yes. If you decide to add a whirlpool system to your bathtub, the system can be totally customized to your wants/needs. If you live near the Phoenix area you can set an appointment to visit our showroom and sit in the tub to get the best idea of where you want the fittings to go.

Q.  Can I get tub fittings to match my décor?

A.  Yes, in most cases tub fittings can be matched to your tub color.  Fittings are also available in several metal finishes to match your bathroom faucets.

A. Each one of our bathtubs has the colors available listed on the specific page of the tub.  We have all the Kohler and American Standard colors.

Q. What type of warranty is included with the bathtubs?

A. 7 Year warranty on the bath tub, and up to 10 years on the whirlpool system.

Q. What is the difference between a Whirlbath bathtub and a standard jetted tub?

A. The most noticeable difference is in the way we plumb our system.  Most manufactured tubs have series plumbing lines that are used to connect every jet together, and then into the pump.  In the Whirlbath system, we plumb every jet in parallel with its own independent plumbing line straight into the motor.  The benefit of doing it this way is easy to comprehend.  One line for all of the jets means that the jets closest to the motor will be the strongest, whereas the jets further down the same line will have less pressure due to the water having to pass through the first jet and so on.  With our system there is no water sharing so the water flow goes directly from the pump evenly to each jet.  Also with independent lines it leaves no areas for water to sit, creating a cleaner system.
